公司介绍 // introduction

       上海嘉因生物科技有限公司是中国表观遗传学实验服务和分析服务的领跑者,高新技术企业,博士后流动站。公司的主要表观遗传产品线有ChIP-seq,ATAC-seq,单细胞ATAC-seq,MeRIP-seq,acRIP-seq和HiChIP。

       在ChIP-seq和ATAC-seq两条产品线上,嘉因生物与UCLA的测序中心紧密合作,开辟了动物细胞,动物组织和植物组织的全物种产品线,目前已经累计发表文章20余篇,累计影响因子总和大于300分。

       此外,嘉因生物于2018年8月1日发布了十万样本ATAC-seq测序计划,该计划受到哈佛大学刘小乐教授,北京大学李程教授,和同济大学江赐忠教授的点评。2018年底,嘉因生物与多伦多大学何厚胜课题组合作推出了微量RNA的MeRIP-seq服务,相关技术发表于PLOS  Biology,并申请了加拿大专利保护。2019年3月,嘉因生物通过了美国10x Genomics公司的单细胞ATAC-seq产品线的CSP认证,成为全球首家获得该产品官方认证的企业。2019年5月,嘉因生物获得由享象资本独家投资的千万元人民币级别Pre-A轮融资,加速表观遗传学临床应用技术的开发。
